Pizza Pizza

So we don’t eat star cuisine everyday. We have been making pizza at home the last month. We make the dough and the sauce ahead of time and then just roll it out and add toppings. Here are some pictures:

The sauce has to cook down for an hour, and the dough needs a day to rise. But once you have it, it will hold for a week. The sauce could be canned or frozen. Hmm . . . that is an idea, canning the sauce.
